Shihan Miura’s new DVD, “Proposals for Karate Basics” is currently being sold in Japan by the video company Quest. This video explores the roots or “basics” of Karate, teaching why they are important, and more importantly…how to teach them. This system created by Shihan Miura, is compiled with over 40 years of karate experience. We are told this will be available for sale in the US, as it has English subtitle options.
